UAE Pencak Silat Force was founded by Master Coach Roy Z. Kamsanee in June 2022. Pencak Silat is a collective word of indigenous martial art from the geo-cultural area of the Malay Archipelago and Nusantara since the 6th century.
It is an ancient unarmed and armed combative art of
self-defense, artistic relentless body movement, and sport promoting personal
development, endurance, discipline, well-being, cultural preservation, and
community building. Pencak Silat was inscribed by UNESCO’s “Representative List
of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity” on 12th December 2019. This video
showcases our third successful Ancient Pencak Silat Workshop held on 24th June
2023 at VIC Sports Complex, Dubai.
