The Taekwon-Do system was created to be as efficient as possible. Our freestyle-Taekwon-Do system utilizes the highly disciplined nature of Taekwon-Do with line work, accurate kicks, and strikes alongside the proven Muay Thai and Western boxing defense systems. The Warrior Academy system has been designed to develop the student’s technical ability in Taekwon-Do while providing young and old, male and female, realistic self-defense applications.
